We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office department. 

The main goal of our Front Office Manager position is to oversee all front office duties, as well as serving as a client service rep on the floor. Duties include receiving clients and patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments and procedures, performing clerical duties relating to patient care and treatment, act as a liaison between our clients and the medical staff, and provide support to all departments.

Management duties include ensuring excellent client service, smooth and efficient client/patient flow, front office organization, employee supervision and scheduling, hiring and training, and much, much more.

The right candidate should have veterinary front office experience, a level head, excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with strong attention to detail, and work well in a fast paced, emotionally charged, and sometimes stressful environment.

This position requires basic computer skills, a working knowledge of the standard procedures, veterinary records and medical terminology, used in a veterinary hospital, a Veterinary Medication Clerk certification to be obtained within 6 months of employment, and a willingness to experience and learn new things.

​

Previous veterinary and/or management experience is required.

​

Salary is negotiable and based on experience

This is a full time position with flexibility in scheduling. Rotating weekends are required.

Associate Veterinarian 

We are a privately owned, small animal general practice, with high standards of care, seeking a full time, associate veterinarian to join our team of one veterinarian and 16 support staff. The perfect candidate should love their job, and have a passion for helping people and their pets, along with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience working in a small animal hospital.

We offer a weekday schedule with rotating weekends, and no on-call or overnight shifts. Salary includes a base pay (noted above) with production, and full benefits.
